Product Catalog

Everything we put on a roof.

Profiles, sizes and colors for the composite, designer and natural systems we install, plus the gutters, downspouts and rain chains that finish them. Pricing is quoted per project after a site visit.

Colors read differently on a roof than on a screen. Put any of these on your own house in the Visual Studio, then ask us to bring the physical samples that made the shortlist.

Drainage

Gutters, downspouts, rain chains and snow guards

Water and snow management are part of every roof we install. We form seamless gutters on site, hang half-round copper on historic homes, fit rain chains where a downspout would spoil the elevation, and lay out snow guards so a steep roof sheds its load slowly instead of all at once.

Gutters

A lifetime roof deserves drainage that lasts as long. We form seamless gutters on site in the profile and material that fit the house.

Seamless K-style aluminum gutter in dark bronze on a composite shake eave

Seamless K-style, 5"

The standard residential profile. Formed on site in one continuous run per eave, so there are no seams to leak.

  • .027 and .032 aluminum in 30+ baked-enamel colors
  • Copper
  • Galvalume steel
Oversized 6-inch K-style gutter and 3x4 downspout on a steep slate roof

Seamless K-style, 6"

Oversized for steep roofs, long runs, and large roof planes that shed a lot of water fast. Our default on slate and shake roofs.

  • .032 aluminum
  • Copper
  • Galvalume steel
Half-round copper gutter on exposed brackets with a round copper downspout

Half-round

The historic profile, correct for Tudor, Colonial Revival and estate homes. Hung on exposed brackets or hidden hangers.

  • Copper (16 oz and 20 oz)
  • Aluminum
  • Galvalume steel
  • Zinc

Downspouts

Sized to the gutter and the roof area it drains, placed where they disappear into the elevation.

2x3 corrugated aluminum downspout and elbow at a gutter outlet

2" × 3" rectangular

Pairs with 5" K-style. Corrugated aluminum in matching colors.

  • Aluminum
3x4 smooth rectangular downspout running to a splash block

3" × 4" rectangular

Pairs with 6" K-style and any roof that drains heavily. Corrugated or smooth.

  • Copper
  • Galvalume steel
Round copper downspout with cast elbow and strap

3" and 4" round

Smooth or corrugated round downspouts, the traditional partner to half-round gutters.

Leader heads and accessories

Decorative conductor heads, cast elbows, downspout straps and splash blocks in matching metal.

Rain Chains

A rain chain replaces a downspout with a chain or series of cups that guide water down in the open. Quieter than a downspout, and a detail that gets noticed. Best paired with half-round gutters or a rain chain outlet, and finished with a basin or drain at grade.

Cup style

Linked cups that fill and spill in sequence. Handles the most water and looks best on the front of the house.

  • Copper
  • Brass
  • Aluminum
Copper link rain chain running into river stone

Link style

Open loops or ring links. Lighter, simpler, and suited to lower-volume corners and porches.

Basins and anchors

Copper or stone catch basins, ground anchors, and gutter installation kits so the chain hangs true in wind.

Gutter Protection

Guards that keep cedar debris, maple seeds and shingle grit out of the system without blocking flow.

Stainless micro-mesh gutter guard on a K-style gutter

Micro-mesh guards

Stainless mesh on an aluminum frame. Stops everything but water. Our recommendation under trees.

  • Aluminum
Perforated aluminum screen guard over a K-style gutter

Perforated aluminum screens

Lower-cost coverage that keeps leaves and larger debris out.

  • Aluminum
Heat cable zigzagged along a slate roof edge and inside the gutter

Heat cable

Self-regulating de-icing cable in gutters and downspouts for ice-dam-prone eaves.

Snow Guards

A steep slate or shake roof sheds snow in one piece. Snow guards hold it on the roof so it melts off gradually instead of coming down on the gutters, the walkway, or the car. Standard on every lifetime roof we install in Wisconsin, laid out to the pitch, the material and what sits below the eave.

Copper pad-style snow guards in staggered rows on a slate roof

Pad-style guards

Small individual guards in staggered rows across the lower courses. Copper on slate and cedar, color-matched aluminum or bronze on composite. The classic look on an estate roof.

  • Copper
  • Bronze
  • Aluminum
Two-pipe snow rail in dark bronze above the eave of a slate roof

Snow rail

A continuous one- or two-pipe rail on brackets above the eave. Holds the most snow with the fewest penetrations, and the right answer over a long straight eave.

  • Aluminum
  • Copper
  • Galvalume steel
Copper pad snow guards on a composite shake roof above an entry

Guards for composite and shake

Pad guards with a base sized for shake exposure, fastened through the course into the deck and sealed. Matched to the DaVinci or Brava color so they read as part of the roof.

  • Aluminum
  • Copper

Layout and placement

Rows above every entry, walkway and gutter run, spaced from the manufacturer's tables for the pitch and the snow load here. Not a handful over the front door.
